I am so grateful to all the Mandeville Practice staff for the professional care given to me yesterday . Feeling so unwell and in need of a doctor I was treated with understanding and empathy. Just what anyone requires when feeling unwell . The receptionist were clear in the process of making a telephone consultation with the Doctor . I was called by a lovely Doctor whose professional skills and empathy were excellent : ) . Ensuring I received the very best treatment . In my personal view I feel all the staff are doing their very best for us the patients whilst working tirelessly under immense pressure on a daily basis . Thank you all .

It is strange that reception prefers to get a call from you and will gladly send you away and insist that you call them instead. What’s the excitement with phones. Great telephone manner, sadly very rubbish interpersonal skills. Get back to basics. Treat people with respect and don’t be judgemental. Not every urgent case you will see has to be literally hauled in on a stretcher.
