I am newly registered patient at Lynwood Medical Centre. Very impressed with their excellent service. Took couple of days to register me followed by new patient check on 4th day. After a week called for emergency appointment at 9 am , by 2.30 pm I was seen face to face by GP and collected prescription at 2.50 pm . A very satisfied patients well done Lynwood.

Parking for patients - I know that is next to impossible

I have been with these doctors for more than 20 years. There have been many ups and downs. But there has been great improvement over the last few years. The new wing is just like a mini hospital. The new rooms are very clean and well fitted. We are being called ever so often by the doctors reminding us of the reviews due. Well pleased. Once the works are finished and the whole centre is refurbished, I am sure its going to be fab!!!

The receptionist are the rudest I have come across, they ask what is wrong with you in front of all other patients before they will give you an appointment, when I explained it’s private and between me and the Dr they go on the offensive. Trying to get them on the phone is impossible and when you do you are left on hold for ages. Would not recommend this surgery to anyone.
