Takes a lot of calls to get an appointment. Reception team good and polite . One Dr to the point, understanding and sounded like they genuinely cared others were rude and became aggressive and became aggressive. No patience or respect for people with complex health issues. Not a good practice for people with autism or anything rare. Heard a recording of drs talking to autistic patient like he was dirt and undeserving of medical support.

Suggested improvements
Drs should remember they are bound by ethics as per BMA. Shouting and threatening patients is an absolute disgrace to the profession.

After 25 years I have had to take my family away from this surgery as I was massively attached led my the receptionist a few weeks ago...the doctor gave me a wrong prescription and the pharmacist asked him to chage it I was told it is nit important to her and she coukdnt care about my prescription. After asking for the manager several times I was called a Liar, Liar and this is not over what this...a threat which obviously upset me as all my personal details are in there. My 11 year old daughter heard a full conversation about me at the opened window and I can say very unpleasant things were been said about her mother. I have put in a complaint and chased twice and still no reply. Shocking!

Suggested improvements
A call back and an apology may have helped I understand wr all have bad days but this girls name has been repeated on reviews alot..clearly not the role got her.

Couldn’t tell you if the surgery is clean, couldn’t get an appointment. Spent 40 mins on phone and no chance of appointment. Went to Triage at 7.45 and stood in freezing cold, only 8 people in front of me and got to the reception only to be told, all appointments gone for that day and try again another day. Not allowed to book an appointment in advance ( you used to be able to ) it’s an absolute lottery, treated like cattle, stand and wait, don’t get seen, come back another day and try again.

Suggested improvements
Put people on reception, only one person, if there are 50 Triage appointments per day then split it up evenly between those booking by phone and those who turn up to surgery at silly o’clock in the morning, most of which are elderly patients

Not a chance of getting a appointment you have to try to get past reception staff that need to learn people skills

Suggested improvements
Learn reception staff to talk to people not down to them

We moved to this surgery some 5 and a half years ago, we were invited for an initial examination and we found the doctors and reception staff to be very pleasant and helpfu exactly the opposite of what we had been used to at our last surgery. Dr Jones informed me that she was quite sure I was suffering from a condition called motor neuropathy, after seeing a specialist and undergoing tests at Pinderfiels hospital it was confirmed. Both me and my wife can’t praise the doctors nurses and reception staff highly enough we are so pleased we ended up being cared for by this particular medical centre.
