Easy to book appointments, especially like the online booking option. Children are put at ease by nurses and GPs which means that although they're not a big fan of their routine jabs they don't mind visiting the surgery as they are left with a positive experience. The GPs listen well and will take into account a variety of symptoms and encourage patients to be part of any decision making process and their own healthcare
