The best surgery ever! I can always get an appointment the same day if necessary. Dr Woodcock is particularly caring and will always explain things carefully and give choices on treatment if necessary. The nurses are always cheerful and considerate - the reception and dispensary staff too. I am reminded when an annual review is necessary and also when flu jabs are available (such a well organised process). I always come away feeling respected and well cared for. Many thanks to all the amazing staff!

I always get an appointment with dr Emma woodcock or dr mark piper. They are both so lovely and always listen to what your saying and so helpful. All the dispensary ladies are absolutely lovely and so are the reception staff. Including all the lovely nurses. Thank you so much to all of them. We’re so lucky to have such a lovely doctors surgery x

One hears a lot about how difficult it is to get appointments with one's GP, and how the receptionists are scary and the waiting rooms are overcrowded. Well not at Loxwood you don't. We can almost always get a same day appointment, you just need to call at the correct time, where there are always staff on hand to answer your call. The receptionists and dispensary staff are unfailingly friendly and polite, as are the GPs and nurses, who do a great job with patience and good-humour. Even though I am sure they are as over-worked as many other surgeries, there always seems to be time for YOU, the patient.The SystmOnline facility is brilliant for booking non-urgent appointments, repeat medication, checking future appointment times and dates, looking up vaccinations etc etc. And the fish in the waiting room are great for cheering up unwell little ones! So in summary, I cannot speak highly enough of this great GP practice. Well done to everyone, and keep up the good work.
