Everyone there is spectacularly helpful: the receptionists, nurses, pharmacists and doctors are all attentive and friendly and efficient. Having been a private patient for 70 years I have never had such good medical as they have provided over the past 15 years or so.

Loxwood Medical Group `does what it says on the tin.`Five stars to everyone all round. A welcoming & cheerful place.The herb garden at the entrance is inspirational... Great to have a food bank collection point in reception also.

This is an outstanding practice, the whole staff team are kind, caring and compassionate as well as being professional in all respects. You can always get an appointment on the same day if necessary and rarely wait long once you arrive. I recently saw Dr Sue MacCallum, her manner was very warm and gentle. I felt listened to and she gave some very good advice which was very effective. I cannot recommend this practice and the whole team highly enough. We are very lucky to have them. Thank you
