All staff always helpful and approachable. In my opinion we have a hardworking multidisciplinary team. They go out of their way to help with any query and always give the best service when dealing with patient care. They have to work within the usual constraints of budget etc. but not to the detriment of the patients in our village.

Booking of appointments sometimes takes several attempts. I appreciate it is a busy practice. I know the staff are addressing this

The appointment system is terrible, I don't want to tell a receptionist why I want to see a Doctor. The online e-consult is rubbish. It asks you curtain questions and then tells you to seek further medical advice, well that is what I am trying to do. It does this for things that don't need to be taken to a hospital and I have had to lie on the questions just so that the consult goes through to the Doctors as my systems are not worthy of going to hospital. It's ridiculous, you also used to be able to fill in a e consultant at any time, but now you have to wait for the surgery to be open, which is really unhelpful for people that work or have children as we don't have unlimited time to fill in a ridiculous e-consult. The Docotrs are always great when you can actually see one.

Find a better system for appointments including the e-consult.

Whenever I have had a problem my query has been answered swiftly after using the e consult form or speaking with a receptionist. If necessary, appointments with a clinician have been given promptly and referrals for any further treatment likewise. The surgery is clean and all members of staff polite and approachable. It is a sad fact today that they have to face anger and disrespect from some of the public who find the common traits of kindness and respect to be lacking from their repertoire.

Having been registered with Loxwood Medical Practice for almost 15 years I get VERY frustrated reading or hearing any criticism as have only experienced nothing other than FANTASTIC service & care (although on ONE occasion many years ago a receptionist was a little 'frosty' but we ALL have our off-days!!). THANK-YOU Loxwood Medical for all you do not only for myself but my partner & several members of my family who equally share this view.

From the service my partner & I receive at this moment we cannot think of ways to improve 'BUT' having read your latest newsletter we Very strongly feel anyone failing to attend an appointment (i.e. without cancelling) should in the first instance receive a written warning setting out costs of not turning up, if occurs second time they should receive a further letter again setting out costs not just in monetary terms but blocking others & should they fail a third time they will be struck off your practice.
