I moved to the area just over 2 years ago, compared with the care I received back in Norfolk this surgery is fantastic, its easy to get an appointment, all the staff are friendly and easy to engage with, the clinical team are very well trained, easy to talk to, happy to listen to your concerns, the progression of care is seamless and complete. The staff, both clinical and non clinical, seem to always be striving to improve the services they provide, and, perhaps most importantly, there's always a calm and happy atmosphere within the surgery, making a visit there less stressful and one that instils trust that the care you are getting is the best available.

Perhaps being able to see test results on the App as a default would reduce the number of phone calls?

As a rural surgery, i feel they really give the best treatment and advice possible. All three GP's are professional, the nurses are a real credit, and the reception team are fantastic and so helpful. I personally wouldnt go anywhere else, as a rural surgery i feel they are more personal and look after you better. The building is very welcoming, not hospital-like.
