I took my son to see Dr Amos recently and found her to be very pleasant, helpful and professional.
I was offered an appointment when I phoned and we were seen promptly.
While we were in the waiting room I saw a receptionist deal very well with another patient who was complaining ( it seemed unreasonably), in a calm and efficient manner.
