Despite the stress amongst the NHS currently, I feel this practice seems to be doing well. I’d thoroughly recommend Dr Arthur or Dr Bridges. Of the appointments I’ve had, they’ve both been very considerate and understanding towards how I’m feeling; I never feel as if I’ve been brushed off. They explain every option I have and give me advice of what they think is best, but ultimately the decision is left to myself. They couldn’t have been any kinder and I truly felt at ease. On the occasion that I need to speak to reception staff, they’re also quite friendly. I sympathise with the criticism that they receive from many patients as sometimes it’s genuinely not their fault. As a patient I understand that: prebookable appointments are only available when they’re released; same day appointments tend to go very quickly and you need to ring as soon as the practice opens (I’ve never had any problems with this); and alternatively there’s e-consult where you can describe medical/administrative procedures and it is passed to the correct member of staff. All in all, I believe they’re doing their best given the current circumstances especially after the pandemic. Very happy with all staff members.

Only criticism is difficulties surrounding appointments however, I understand this is sometimes out of control and e-consult is usually a great alternative.

This doctor surgery is an absolute disgrace the admin staff are completely clueless and very unhelpful. The doctors if you can ever get to speak or see them which is very rare are unprofessional, rude, abrupt and make statements that make you question if they have even had any training to become doctors. The pharmacy team in repeat Pescription make unwarranted and unprofessional decisions regarding what medication you are allowed without even checking records or asking for assistance. Overall in my personal opinion this place should either be completely restaffed completely or shut down they are giving the nhs a bad name and reputation and no staff there should ever work in the nhs now or ever.

Sack every member of staff based in that building and either replace them or just shut down permanently

Really hard to get an appointment within a decent time frame your usually looking at 7 days plus never mind if you want to see a specific doctor it's even longer. Appointments are never on time I'm usually waiting at least 20 minutes after by slotted time. Some of the GPs are lazy and just do not care (Not all theirs a small few that are good)

Every single appointment I attend is at least half an hour late. I'd understand that this could happen now and again but not every single time.
