Getting an appointment is a nightmare, as a result of too many houses in the local area and not enough GP's. Can be a month before I see a GP on a routine (non emergency) mattter. Some of the GP's at the practice do not seem to listen or care. I have found a wonderful kind caring GP at this practice though, which is the only reason why I stay at the practice

Although a busy surgery I have always found the receptionists to be excellent at fitting me in with an appointment when necessary. I regularly see Dr Chivers who I have found to be a very professional and competent doctor who is prepared to spend the time needed to diagnose and treat problems. Overall I am very happy with the level of service that is provided to me by the London Vale Practice and would certainly recommend them to others.

Dr. Khatri is the only sensible GP at this surgery and he is very good. Understandably, its very difficult to get his appointments.
