I am a patient of this doctors and so is all my family and as a village and having one of your staff members being from the village of the Common, I am severely angered at the unprofessionalism of your office worker who knows of an ex patients and was wanting to return to the practice but sadly can't. Where is the line of what your staff repeat when knowing they can become severely ill and yet practice so called kindness and well being for everyone. A member of staff has taken a unnecessary attack and its escalated.. This is breaking all confidentiality and action needs to be taken. Regardless whether a patient or not someone who is known in your practice should not be slating someone with medical conditions.

Seriously speak to staff re updated policies. This is paramount
