Compared to previous surgeries I have been a member of, I am so pleased that I registered here. From the receptionists being very professional and friendly either on the phone or when you walk through the door, to the doctors and nurses being supportive, professional and keeping me involved in my health care. Getting an appointment is always straight forward even on busy days which is great, previous surgeries I have waited weeks before. The surgery always has a calm, relaxed feel to it and very clean from the minute you walk in.

I have been a patient with the surgery for a number of years now, and have to say that I have always been very impressed with the surgery. From contacting the receptionists to make an appointment, they are very helpful, friendly, caring and promote a very efficient professional service. They have a clear understanding of your needs and always give you a list of appointments that best suit you. The Doctors are kind, caring and professional and offer total support and understanding. They listen and make you feel very welcome. The nurses are also very friendly & welcoming, they carry out detailed checks on me (asthmatic) and recommend ways of improving my asthma, fitness, lifestyle etc which I find very helpful. The whole team should be very proud of their hard work and dedication. I would highly recommend the surgery to my friends. Well done Littleton Surgery Team

The receptionists are very welcoming from the moment you come through the door to when you leave. They are very keen to give you all the information you require and if they don't know they will do their utmost to find out. The telephones are answered promptly although at very busy times ie. during telephone times with the doctors you may have to hold for a little while. With appointments I have usually found I can get an appointment on the same day or the next. I can speak to a doctor during telephone time every day so if I have a query this can be answered then and I don't have to come to the surgery. Appointments always run to time and therefore you are not kept waiting.
