18th January 2018 Thank you all for your help today. From the receptionist to Claire who took my blood, and her colleague, your service was impeccable. That all happened after I got myself some water and a tissue. Everyone was welcoming, informed and helpful.

Huge thank you Dr Gavin! When I called the surgery this morning there were no in person apts left, only phone apts. After reviewing my brief description of what was wrong you kindly instructed the receptionist to book me in in person that day, into what I can only imagine was your only breaktime. I'm massively grateful to you for seeing us. With a 7week old baby, a 3yr old & a terminally ill mother to look after I can't tell you how relieved I was that you made time to see me. Thank you! It's people like you that give people faith in & want to support local GPS next time there's a political argument affecting drs. Thank you!

They're all great here The girls on reception are so helpful and caring and sympathetic Jo, Candice & Maggie - all super Claire the nurse is very sharp and spotted a tiny tiny red mark which turned out to be a Basal Cell Carcinoma All fixed now A great service Many thanks Andrew Overton

I phoned the surgery at a few minutes past 8 in the morning. I needed an appointment to have a wound dressed by a nurse. I was given 8.45 am. to see nurse Diane. She inspected the wound, sought a 2nd opinion from nurse Claire and the two of them gave me some very caring and professional treatment. I am not one for filling out surveys as a rule but I was so impressed by my treatment that I wanted my experience to be put on record.
