Huge thank you Dr Gavin!
When I called the surgery this morning there were no in person apts left, only phone apts. After reviewing my brief description of what was wrong you kindly instructed the receptionist to book me in in person that day, into what I can only imagine was your only breaktime.
I'm massively grateful to you for seeing us. With a 7week old baby, a 3yr old & a terminally ill mother to look after I can't tell you how relieved I was that you made time to see me. Thank you! It's people like you that give people faith in & want to support local GPS next time there's a political argument affecting drs.
