Service from the Surgery he was excellent. My bloods were taken and Toby was very informative and explained the process to me that evening when I got home. I had an email from patient knows best to say some of my blood samples it already been received and in my NHS app, I have to say this was a very excellent service

The light didn’t work so I was positioned at the end and edge of the bed. The sample pot was on the table the other side of the curtain so I was left with the speculum in longer than necessary for the sample to be collected correctly, leaving me quite uncomfortable for a longer than necessary time. The computer kept going slow so I had to stay for a long while afterwards till it worked. The nurse did her best and was really lovely but suggest she has some more support, better equipment and upgraded systems

Fix the light. Position the pot closer to the nurse to collect the sample and remove the speculum swifter. Use more lubrication and possibly a smaller speculum. Use cotton buds for the sample not plastic - it hurt! Update computer systems.

The receptionist phoned me, giving me a choice of dates and times for my appointment. She was very friendly and helpful. Another member of staff phoned me with the results of my blood test to inform me that there would be a change to the amount of medication I take. Everything was sorted for me and she explained why the change was necessary

I don’t believe that anything could have been done better, I am very happy with the service I received.
