every one does their utmost to help although I do find it frustrating trying to get an appointment as there is a shortage of doctors there can be a wait but if you tell the receptionist you really do need to see someone most of them will find a spot for you to go, the nurses for bloods, dressings etc: are so good and always smiling to give you confidence and relax the most nervous, if the doctor thinks anyone needs tests done then I find we the patient comes first not the money so THANK YOU all for everything.
