I had an appointment with a paramedic about an issue layer in the conversation save me going through the telephone proceeder again I said can I ask about a certain item . She said what another one, I thought what I said to her dont bother I am going with that I left, I naturally thought we are entitled to ask save coming back .how rude can some one get .

Yes go back to how it was before the pandemic and be polite to patients .

My wife had a blood test that showed positive for whooping cough. Her Dr, also a partner of the surgery, failed to inform her of the fact, even after 8 months of coughing and repeatedly attending appointments at the surgery. Today she went for a blood test for the same cough which has now returned only to be informed by the nurse that her Dr hasn't told her what she's testing for and asked "What would you like me to test for". Gross negligence, avoid at all costs.

I have always had good experiences at this surgery, and making an appointment, whether with the nurse or the doctor, is very easy. The receptionists handle the calls with great care and respect. Since joining the online system, I can now order repeat prescriptions and book/cancel appointments with the click of a button. This is a fabulous service and in keeping with the times. Andrea.
