The Receptionists have been friendly and very helpful either on the phone and in person in the surgery with arranging all my future appointments.
The care i have received at the surgery from the Nursing team has been excellent especially from Kirsty Hilary and Fiona they have been so friendly and attentive during all my appointments. During this uncertain time we are in I can only write my review on how I've been treated and found the staff to be. They have been excellent
I have had nothing but excellent service over the last couple of years, despite the current situation with COVID 19.
From the receptionists to the various clinicians and doctors, I have been treated with respect and courtesy.
1).You are in effect triaged by the Receptionist - this is not good, they are not medically trained and seem, in my experience, to inappropriately prioritise routine conditions, or downplay medical events which should be treated more urgently.
2). The online appointment booking system is cumbersome and not particularly user friendly.
3).People skills of some staff could be considerably improved, a few would benefit from going on some form of anger management course - we all have tough and demanding jobs, but please don't take your frustrations out on patients...
I have always had good experience with all member of staff. Everybody is kind and helpful. Sadly we moved away so i am hoping to find a similar practice.
