So many mistakes made! Wrong medications to not being bothered to sending URGENT Prescriptions up to pharmacy. No apologies when you call. Inexperienced (non medical) staff who are anything but polite & helpful! Stressful is not the work for calling this practice.

My son had a anal fistula. The recommended nurse treated him for 2 years saying it was just a small blister infection. 3 YEARS LATER IT IS TOUCHING HIS BOWEL AND HE IS HAVING EXTREME SURGERY!!!! disgusted with the doctors, hospitals.

The receptions are rude, think they deserve to know why you're need a doctors appointment. Told me to go to A&E.
Doctors are rude, they only give you a 5 minute slot to talk to you, and never run on time. I would never recommend this surgery to this anyone.
