Very friendly helpful staff and worth the wait to see Dr Neill

Very small issue but the practice is too hot with small fan heater running in reception which can make it uncomfortable.

Receptionists were very helpful and caring. Made me feel at ease.

Perhaps a little warning on how long a wait I would have. But I understand this is not always possible.

My doctor referred me to be seen and the team phoned me and gave me an appointment within a week, which fitted around my working hours. When arriving at the clinic, they were polite and kept me updated on my short wait. The clinic was extremely clean and everyone was following covid regulations. I felt completely at ease and parking was available too.

I was told by my doctor to phone for an appointment, when I did, I was told by the clinic that my doctor needed to refer me unless I wanted a full sexual health screening which was not what I needed. Once I was referred the process was fantastic I just felt like we could have cut out the middle man and booked me an appointment initially.

The system for making appointments is a little complicated, with long phone waits ( partially due to covid).
