Two months to wait even for a phone appointment is atrocious especially for one who has not visited for two years and who has blood test queries.

Receptionists are extremely rude whether it’s on the phone or at their desks. I just called to book a simple appointment with my GP, she was so rude and unprofessional I had to ask to speak to someone else. She hang up on me saying she will complain about me and I had to call 3 more times before someone agreed to give me an appointment. I am extremely disappointed, they should treat patients with respect and politeness. I understand it could’ve been a long day but nothing justifies such a rude behaviour.

I absolutely hate this GP Practice with every bone in my body!!! But the sad thing is that, this Practice wasn't like this before. It was a good practice until a couple of months ago and things have just gotten from bad to worse and gone down the drain very quickly!!! There was a lovely Dr who came temporarily for a couple of months but she's now left and it's such a shame cause she was very kind, very caring, very thorough and you could tell she cared a great deal about her patients but she's now left and the practice is now full of rude, arrogant, unfriendly, impatient and cold Dr's who lack compassion and empathy and it's very worrying and breaks my heart!! There's now a new Dr who is an absolute waste of space, she shouts at you on the phone and does not give you enough information about your issue. Very arrogant!! I absolutely can't stand her!!! Why would anyone get rid of a nice Dr only to be replaced by a rude and arrogant waste of space and sorry excuse for a Dr. It just beggars belief!!!

Great receptionists in this busy surgery in the middle of Finchley. There is a "talk to your doctor" slot every day which really helps if you can't get into the surgery. The doctors are great - efficient and approachable. And the regular nurse at the surgery is great - no nonsense sensible care and support all round.
