I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of my treatment
Never too much trouble. Leave a message the receptionist calls you back, arrange for a GP callback (always on time). Raise a query & get a suitable & timely response. Overall a brilliant surgery that goes the extra mile.
Over the last 7 months due to my health issues I’ve spent a lot of time in the surgery. Most of the receptionists are very helpful & understanding, however, as can be the case, some are downright rude. In terms of the doctors - this can be a mixed bag of those that listen & are confident (yes it shows in your face!) to those who should reconsider their career path! I understand it’s a teaching practice but people need to feel assured when seeking advice not ‘maybe I should have just googled this!!’ Also receptionist on front desk making confidential phone calls should not be allowed - yes the waiting patient can hear every word!!
No repeat proscription again no medication today don't know why it takes or what it takes to show any respect for their Patients
Terrible to get an appointment, I've been 12th in the queue on the phone, put on a waiting list for a text message appointment ane forgotten about and waited 2 weeks for an appointment and this is just normal. Receptionists are abrupt. Been back 3 times with an illness and get fobbed off. Whole surgery is ridiculous
