The reception staff are friendly and curtious, they try their best to help you in any way. The doctors and nurses are very efficient and knowledgeable and care about you they take the time to listen to your problems. The surgery is spotless as is the reception area. Prescription can be collected but we get the prescription delivered and the staff are very friendly.

This review relates only to the new "mandatory" repeat prescription online system. I am reasonably web literate. The system is unduly complicated on first logging in. It took bout 2 minutes to beat the manual d.o.b. allocation, several years out, and to manually enter my d.o.b. It takes much longer than telephone ordering did. I am satisfied this new mandatory web ordering system will be beyond the level of those who are not "web savy", who have arthritis in their fingers, or who no longer have good eyesight. This problem will particularly impinge on the old and vulnerable and those who do not have home internet access. I know about repeat prescription ordering at three other surgeries. None has introduced a similar repeat prescription ordering restriction. Come 1st January are you setting up a taxi rank in the surgery carpark area for the elderly, the vulnerable and those without web access who cannot walk far, no longer drive and need a repeat prescription?

Nothing is too much for the receptionists and dispensing staff. All appointments and information are delivered with a smile. My experiences of both Dr Julia Brown and Dr Debbie Ashcroft are caring, compassionate, very willing to listen, reassure and deliver competent medical advice. Superb.

Clean and accessible premises. Very friendly and kind receptionists and dispensary staff. Professional and knowledgeable nurses and doctors. I am particularly impressed with the advice given to ask for a double appointment if required.

A superb practice, well run by helpful and friendly people. New technology very helpful. Medical and nursing staff invariably pleasant and helpful. Could serve as a role model for 'how to run a GP practice'.
