Very disappointed with the care I received today at Beeford surgery. An absolute lack of communication starting with the receptionist not informing me there was a hour wait on our appointment. I had with me a one year and a two year old. I waited quite patiently for an hour before my toddler needed to use the toilet. In the couple of minute we were using the toilet in the entrance hall our appointment was called. They presumed (without looking for us) we had left and took then next patient in. Until now I have always received great care with expected delays but today I felt that the standard have well and truly slipped.
