Covid will be over before I get an appointment,Not for the first time Ive had an appointment cancelled. This time I had an appointment booked for 21 Dec, got a message 12.15pm 15 dec. technical fault so rebook. tried to rebook 15 Dec.
called 12.17 disconnected after 1 minute 26 seconds, called back 12.18 disconnected after 2 minutes 37 seconds re dialled again 12.21 disconnected whilst waiting for an appointment 4 minutes 55 seconds. Worst ever doctor surgery I have ever had to deal with. ABSOLUTE JOKE. now looking for another doctor who actually care about their patients.
