Hi, My experience with this surgery has not being that good; especially with the receptionists. Not all of them but some of them are rude in manners. This is the very second time I was a bit late (8 minutes) and one of them told me off in front of everyone. Also her face expressions were inappropriate. In the past, I have waited in this surgery to be seeing by a Doctor for over 45 minutes and not just once but several times. I do appreciate the fact that you should be in time. Most of the times I am early. My hope is that they get aware of the no need to comments or advise in laud voices and unnecessary rude tone of voice and need less to said, the unwelcome faces.
