I would highly recommend this surgery as I have been to another one due to change of address And they didn't treat properly at all. I came back to this surgery with a second thought. Amazing team of people x

I have to say I was surprised to read some negative comments about some of the staff at this surgery (true enough, we all have our own perceptions of people), however I cannot speak highly enough of ALL the staff at this surgery. I have been a patient for years and I've never received anything put exemplary care and treatment from everyone I have come into contact with. 10/10 service and I would be devastated to lose this practice!

This is a great practice. You can ring any time of the day and book appts suitable to you not this stupid ring at 8am on the day. The reception staff are always great and helpful even when busy. The nurses are great and have always provided excellent care. The doctors have also always been great and will even have a go at minor opps to save a visit to hospital. This surgury is very good and should not change anything.

So I scored the receptionist low. I've never had a great experience with them and they give relatively short shrift here. Not all the docs are great. An old(ER) female doctor didn't want to look at my penis despite me saying I had a problem. But. Most of the docs here are keen, earnest and kind. I've moved and still haven't changed docs. I've never had a prob with referrals, always done quickly and easily. And they've tested me for something every time I've presented symptoms requiring. It is a busy surgery. Very busy. This means getting an appointment is very very tricky.
