The only complaint I have is about the appointment system and the changes Larwood was a five-star service, it should never have been changed. The walk-in service met a need why change it? The appointment system? How can a diagnosis be determined without face to face contact? What a silly system.

i've been at Larwood Surgery now for 8 years and was recommended by a friend when i moved in worksop, best decision i've ever made. the staff are so polite, warm and friendly everytime you go into the surgery, they are brilliant in answering any problem you have, and the doctors and nurse are just fantastic, one of the best things is if you have a computer, theirs no need to phone up waiting for hours to pass until someone answers, all you do is get online with there web site and you can order your prescription, ask the doctor for advice and they phone you back has promise within one hour, and i'll state my life on that. i don't have to leave the house to go to the doctors unless its for my check up for my diabetes, all you do is send them an email, with whatever the problem is and its has good as done. so if your considering moving to Larwood surgery at any of the site that come under there care, then please move and you will see a big difference from what your use to. i hope this will help anyone who is considering, my friend bill was so glad that he move to Larwood surgery he is now better looked after than his old surgery. many thanks for reading this if its put on a notice board or wherever you can read this from me.
