Dr Cowan was compassionate, empathetic and he LISTENED. I was given the best care. I have been a patient for almost 19 years. The receptionists and other staff are always professional, polite, friendly and helpful.

Suggested improvements

Not sure about doing anything better, Dr Cowan has always shown me the utmost respect and that he truly cares deeply for his patients. He LISTENS.
