I have been a patient here for 5 months and though I have asked repeatedly, I have not been able to get a face-to-face appointment with them even though I have high blood pressure, heart disease and bleeding on my brain that requires them to arrange a referral to a specialist. I have not got enoght bad words to say about the lack of cooperation and them not even reading the letters that are written about them. I am shocked !!!!

Everything could be better, though the surgery in Knebworth is nice and clean.
