The surgery has recently undergone a refurbishment and it looks great. It feels clean and fresh and simple changes to the layout and flooring make the practice better for everyone. Going after work you could be waiting a long time (upto 50 minutes) whilst they worked through a backlog but now they have clearly worked very hard to implement changes. It seems that the practice is ran efficiently and you no longer have to wait long to be seen. Gone or improved is the receptionist who could regularly be heard gossiping or complaining (unless I just been fortunate) and all the staff are sincere and helpful.
