I have only recently joined this practice and have found all the staff to be friendly and efficient. I can get an appointment within a couple of days and have seen several doctors who have each got to the bottom of my problem very quickly. I had minor surgery recently and both the doctor and nurse made me so comfortable. The procedure was virtually painless. I would recommend this practice to anyone wanting to access the best medical care.

I have no problem with any visit I make to the Kingthorne practice. The staff are excellent. I only use internet to book appointments so can't comment on using phone etc. My biggest problem is having to waste my time filling reviews such as this in - a complete waste of my time. If I had any issue at all I would deal with it at the surgery.

I saw a junior doctor for a review of my medication. He was very open to my point of view and took a truly collaborative approach. He was also very thorough exploring all sorts of different aspects of my condition and side effects of my treatment. I work in health and social care and was highly impressed with his approach over my three different appointments with him. A credit to his profession.

I have been seen here since i was a boy in the sixties and the appointments and care as improved dramatically since then. Yes you do have to wait for an appointment but not as long as you used to. I find everybody I this practice in my case goes the extra mile to help me get treated at a time suited to me. Good job everyone.
