Absolutely shocking and disgusting customer service. RECEPTIONISTS ARE DIABOLICAL. Unhelpful, rude tone, speak over you! Trying to get an appointment is like asking for gold! I always get questioned when asking to see the doctor for more medication. As a sufferer of depression it is EXTREMELY difficult to get more tablets!! The doctor HAS to see me monthly to prescribe more medication and the receptionists have now refused me an appointment 3 times as 'they do not offer appointments for medication' SO HOW THE HELL AM I MEANT TO GET A PRESCRIPTION? You have to ring again at 2pm for afternoon apps! When these apps are already free at 8am when you call in!!! NORMAL PEOPLE HAVE TO WORK, I cant keep going for breaks to call you to get a bloody appointment!! AND NO I CANT LEAVE WORK EARLY, can you just bugger off early when you like!? Didn't think so. As for the doctors I have seen several. my appointment is constantly rushed, I'm rarely asked how I am or getting on mentally - it seems they just want to give you your prescription and boot you out the door. If you want to be treated carelessly and like a 2 year old child then this is the doctors for you!
