All of the staff are very helpful and accommodating every time I visit. As I have been unwell for a few months I have visited the practice many times and every time I am made to feel qwelcome. The ladies on reception are friendly and helpful, as well as my doctor Dr. Lim.

Have been with the surgery for over 25 years and have never had such bad manners from a GP as I experienced on 24th August 2017. I went over due to having palpitations, nurse kindly chacked my BP which she said was high and she wanted a doctor look at me, as I needed my heart rate checking. Dr Tomson, who I was to see and whom I've never met before, didn't even introduce himself and promptly and discourteously told me in no uncertain terms that the surgery was not a 'walk in centre '. I said I appreciated this and was concerned that palpitations suffered some years ago were returning and the previous Dr who had retired from practice advised me to get checked out at the surgery if I had any issues. I was told by Dr Tomson in no uncertain terms that the doctor giving this advice no longer worked there, a fact that I had made this GP aware of that I knew already. Dr Tomson did not even check my BP, offer an ECG and was non committal or concerned as to why I turned up at the surgery. He practically told me to get a taxi to the hospital to get checked out, or if I thought it bad enough to call 999. I was disheartened by the lack of compassion and non caring attitude this GP showed, and am now looking to change surgeries.

I am absolutely gutted. I would never ever recommend anyone to go there. Went there with a problem and all I got back was that I have to first see pharmacist before I make appointment there. Been told of for being late for 4min. Useless that place is. :@ :@ :@ my doctor at the time was Dr. Thomson :@ :@ :@

Seen Dr Lim today with my 8 day old baby who is showing signs of dairy allergy, we know what to look out for as our toddler has the allergy. We explained to Dr Lim the symptoms our baby was showing and that we carried the allergy gene and were really worried. We were told they wasn't an allergy gene (our toddlers consultant has told us there is along with other doctors) and if she was reacting it would be lactose. He really didn't listen to us at all and when me and my partner tried to get a sentence out he spoke over us. I then told him I thought he was being quite rude and then his manor changed and he became quite aggressive with the way he spoke to me. We have left the doctors without a complaints form because no one could find one, we also left with a pointless test for lactose intolerance. Now I'm in the position where I have no choice but to contact the out of hours later today as my baby is struggling and will probably end up at the hospital. Think our family will be changing surgery this isn't the 1st problem I've had here, last November my toddler was really I'll for weeks I kept taking her to the doctors and being told there was nothing wrong, she lost weight and we ended up at the hospital to be told she was having an allergy reaction to soya, had tonsilitis and a virus.
