Wow, since these have joined the Lancaster Medical Group, the whole group answering service is terrible and has been since the group set-up. Back to independent surgeries is definitely the way forward. Also tried to gain an appointment on the MY GP app. expect a minimum of a 4 week wait!! Shocking care.

This practice is shared with the University, so as you can imagine with thousands of malingering students on their books (who probably just need a night off the booze to prevent most ailments), it is easier to find unicorn dropping than it is to get a timely appointment with this practice. Now they are thinking of merging with other practices in the town, so good luck Lancaster...
