I tried to ring the centre non stop from 8 o’clock till 9.35 Am and is always engaged, and is not the first time this has happened I actually put a complaint about it in the past, you didn’t have any appointments the other day unless I ring at 8 o’clock in the morning, then you make everyone stay on the phone ages at that time or give engaged the whole morning, people got jobs and children and is not always possible to spend the whole morning ringing you

you should definitely take appointments for different days in the week as well so all this unnecessary stress finishes, just to make easy if I’m ill today but I’m in work and can’t leave book me in for when I’m off, But instead is so easy saying “ we don’t have anything today, call 111”or “ We can’t book you in for a different day “ we don’t call you for fun we call you because we are in pain and I recon you should be a bit more accessible
