The doctors and nurses are first class once you manage to wrestle your way past the savage, uncaring reception staff. On the telephone the reception staff are like obstructive, unhelpful automata's and always a cause of unnecessary anxiety.

A willingness to help rather than acting as gatekeepers to NHS services which we have paid for through years of National insurance contributions and are entitled to by law.

I have been a patient at Killick Health center since it opened I can in my opinion it is one of the best surgeries in Islington all the staff are always pleasant and they go all out to help you.
