Me and my 2children have been registered with this practice for few years now and we it’s the best practice I have been registered with in London ( I tried 3before). It’s, clean, friendly, very helpful on the phone, easy to get an appointment, depending on the problem of course.

I was a patient at this surgery for many years and now have happily moved to another practice. When I was pregnant with my first born my husband- also a medical dr at the time - was very abusive towards me and even forced me to have an abortion. When I reported him to the dr at this surgery- bearing in mind you had to a different dr every time they did nothing whilst I should have been helped. Instead - after requesting my medical files later on- I realised they put I was mental. Of course anyone living in such an abusive relationship couldn't be in their best physical and mental state. I was too worried after my child was born that the social services will take my baby away but I gradually approached them. I was safe, my baby wasn't taken away from me and my husband was disqualified by the GMC. The Drs who saw me at this surgery were not there anymore but they could have certainly helped and guided me through those difficult times when I was begging for help! Absolutely appalled by how they labelled their patient and safely wrote their medical notes. Reconsider if you are/ or know a vulronable patient!
