Total lack of care receptionist think their doctors won’t let u speak nasty send you anywhere to get u from seeing a doctor age 78 up all not in Ae would not see me for a chest infection then told try 111 then take four buses to another doctor to get tablets needs investigation up all night in a and e lazy incompetent surgery always empty ridiculous had to change

Very poor service can’t get appointments fobbed off receptionist can’t be bothered like getting an appointment with the pope not a proper doctors sending u her there and everywhere rather than see u a disgrace

Went to see the doctor explained my situation and wasn't listened to. She decided that I needed to be prescribed medication when explaining to her that I dont want the capsule version and would like the tablet because i have a reaction to it i was still prescribed the capsule version.
