This surgery is actually perfect. I’m a pharmacist myself and deal with lots of surgeries during the day and by far Keele is one of the best.

The staff were lovely, patient, and reassuring.
As I was finishing up one appointment, I was able to quickly book another as I was leaving at the front desk.

It's easy to get a reply and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. I can usually get an appointment when I need one, sometimes a short wait for non-urgent. Haven't had to ask for an urgent appointment recently so can't comment.
