Dr Clarson has been consistent in investigating and following up an ongoing illness for my baby. We recently moved to Keele practice following a house move and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my family. They always manage to answer calls in a reasonable time, they always have something to offer, they have always seen my children, the wait time in surgery is not extended, they listen to what you have to say, they thoroughly investigate and explain, they follow up. It really is the best care we as a family have received from a doctors surgery.

Just to keep doing the same, we certainly don’t want anything to change

Dr Clarson has been amazing. He has helped me with patience, kindness & efficiency throughout a tedious ongoing recovery. He has secured timely services for me, texting me when he knows I am on hospital premises & able to kill two birds with one stone. He listens & takes action. He is proactive, calling me once in concern that I might need to be seen urgently for the symptoms I had outlined, even though I already had an appointment booked in for later that day. Dr O’Byrne & Dr Laura have also been fantastic, but I have seen most of Dr Clarson recently.

Please keep doing what you are doing.

I cannot praise Keele Practice enough. The receptionists are so kind, so friendly but also so efficient. My visits are always with Dr O’Byrne and Nurse Lisa and they will never know the difference they make to my life. I will be eternally grateful to them. I am well. I am happy and it’s all down to their patience, their understanding and their expertise.

As a registered patient I had to visit Keele Practice on numerous occasions in Q2, Q3, Q4 2022 and Q1 in 2023. On each occasion I have seen Dr Laura. The Practice has a very good receptionists booking system which allows patients to be seen the same day when it’s a particular problem that cannot wait until tomorrow or the day after. Coupled with a good on-line appointments system for patients to book in advance, again especially to see a particular GP. I have only praise for everyone working there. The Practice has been brilliant at all levels. Dr Laura who was incredibly efficient in dealing with me and providing various referrals for specialist treatment within the health service. Thank-you all.
