It's easy to get a reply and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. I can usually get an appointment when I need one, sometimes a short wait for non-urgent. Haven't had to ask for an urgent appointment recently so can't comment.

The reception staff always go above and beyond, the doctors are caring and always explain the treatment. Every time you go with a health issue, you always leave knowing you've been dealt with fully and in a caring way.

I always manage to get an appointment on the same day when I call, even if it’s a telephone call. The staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble for them. Brilliant surgery, so glad we’re part of it.
