I had a telephone appointment with a doctor I have not seen before but found him very engaging even though he did not no me he was very understanding and informative as to how he could help I do not think he could have done better if it was in person

As far as my appointment goes nothing I can think of. But I have had to put the surgery was clean inorder to be submit this survey when in fact I had a telephone appointment

Excellent service! Very clear and responsive and show great care towards the patient. Very organised and efficient. Reception is easy to get hold of, appointments are easy to make and doctors and nurses are always on time.

I think the surgery is one of the best run surgeries I have been to.
