It was a phone consult that I booked via the app. Great that you can declare want phone appt in the notes section.

I'm being bombarded with requests to complete surveys that are often impossible to do on my mobile phone - please think about making them accessible. An image of a url is not accessible when you've got cohnition issues.

Over my 70 years of age have never had such great care from a medical practice The doctors, nurses and admin staff are brilliant

My calls are always answered in a timely manner, the receptionists are helpful and efficient, and the doctors, nurses, and other clinicians are helpful, answer my questions, and explain everything fully. Generally, just a very good experience every time.

It is easy to get an appointment once you get through nearly always a long wait especially first thing Monday morning.

More availability for appointments if you can’t get through first thing .
