It is an absolute privilege to be a patient at Keele Practice. For many years I have found every aspect here to be of the highest standard. On every occasion I have been treated with respect, kindness, understanding and patience. I have been listened to carefully, with compassion and a willingness to do whatever is best for me. I have always been involved in decisions concerning my health. The surgery is spotlessly clean, the receptionists are extremely friendly, welcoming and so very patient, always having the patient’s best interests at heart. The nursing staff are efficient, knowledgable and so very pleasant. Finally my doctor…….. in my opinion I could not have a better one I am so very grateful to him.
