Every time I have contacted the surgery, I am met by nice staff who have tended to my needs immediately. I typically get an appointment with a doctor or nurse as soon as I need one. Even the phone call queues are not long.

I do not have any recommendations. I am satisfied with the work done at Keele GP Surgery.
