Everything was easy, clear, and friendly. Even when I didn't know what I was doing, I was never made to feel like an idiot. I've never felt even a hint of transphobia from anyone at the practice. Best GP I've ever had :)

If you marked which person is your hemotologist for booking appointments via the NHS app, that would make things even easier.

* Booking an appointment online was straightforward. Easy to see which doctors were available and when. * Dr Laura is amazing! I was late to my appointment due to traffic and she rang to check if I was still coming. I felt totally comfortable sharing my reasons for visiting the Practice and I felt like I was actually being listened to. She justified her reasons for my prescription and made me feel like an active participant in deciding what would work best. I received recommendations for self care and apps that could help me outside of prescriptions, again never feeling like I was being told what to do. Even after my first reason for visiting was resolved, Dr Laura asked my pronouns & preferred name which led to a conversation about Gender Identity Clinics/hormones etc. I felt valued & validated not only as a patient, but as a person. Thank you so much, Dr Laura.

Self check-in & parking validation would be great, but I recognise this isn’t an instant fix and didn’t make a difference to my visit today.

A good practice that provides good access to a range of practice staff.

The phone message when you ring the practice isn’t great it is way too long and monotone it may put some people off contacting the practice.

It was easy to arrange a telephone appointment with the doctor who is dealing with my current issues The telephone service is reliable and very helpful at all times receptionists are always courteous and friendly

I really appreciate the support and prompt advice and service which I always receive I can not think of any more ways in which the service could be improved I am very grateful to be a patient in this excellent practice
