Everything was easy, clear, and friendly. Even when I didn't know what I was doing, I was never made to feel like an idiot. I've never felt even a hint of transphobia from anyone at the practice.
Best GP I've ever had :)
* Booking an appointment online was straightforward. Easy to see which doctors were available and when.
* Dr Laura is amazing! I was late to my appointment due to traffic and she rang to check if I was still coming. I felt totally comfortable sharing my reasons for visiting the Practice and I felt like I was actually being listened to. She justified her reasons for my prescription and made me feel like an active participant in deciding what would work best. I received recommendations for self care and apps that could help me outside of prescriptions, again never feeling like I was being told what to do. Even after my first reason for visiting was resolved, Dr Laura asked my pronouns & preferred name which led to a conversation about Gender Identity Clinics/hormones etc. I felt valued & validated not only as a patient, but as a person. Thank you so much, Dr Laura.
