Extremely rude receptionists make visiting very intimidating. The doctors are excellent.

The waiting times are too long. I always wait at least over 30 minutes past the appointment time to see the doctor and when you do finally get in to see the doctor they rush you in and out in the space of 10 seconds. I hate having to go to the doctors. I usually feel worse after going. Not very helpful. The receptionists are rude and act as though you are inconveniencing them having a question. I do not recommend this surgery at all.

Always be prepared to wait over a hour for your appointment and be rushed out as soon as you see the doctor because they are running behind. Used to be a great doctors surgery but massively declined.

The surgery is great...just the receptionist are a little rude and unpleasant (who knows why) but every time I ask for something either in person or by phone their always struggle to get what I need and when you thing they finally get it is actually wrong...one time I asked for make a doctor calling mr back and nobody called me because the doctor wasn't be informed...I don't get what is wrong with that ladies. Doctors nursery and midwife are very good. I would recommended the surgery but expect unpolitness at reception.
