Excellent surgery manage to get appointment when I need one 99% of the time. On the whole reception staff friendly and helpful

Trying to get an appointment is almost impossible, the longer serving receptionists are not helpful at all.
I have to say the GPs are great. It’s just one or two of the older receptionists who are incredibly unhelpful.

Yesterday i got a Appointment and i had to wait 1hr 45 mins just to see a doctor and he was so nice and he was caring and it was Dr David Stewart and he was so helpful to me.but the waiting can be improved

Friendly and very efficient service. Caring and treated like you are the only one that matters. Impossible to improve on something that is already excellent and perfect.
